The Diocese of Orlando is required by the United States Catholic Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to follow certain guidelines with regard to Safe Environment Training. As are all other archdioceses and dioceses, we are required to undergo regular audits by the USCCB to be sure that we are in compliance with those regulations.

All church personnel and volunteers working with children and vulnerable populations at All Souls Catholic Church must complete the two step process

• Safe Environment Training
• Background/fingerprint clearance through the Diocese of Orlando.

Please go to one of the Diocese of Orlando website links listed below (English or Spanish) and following the instructions to complete both steps. These steps must be completed to get clearance before any volunteering can be done. 

• All users must watch the Safe Environment Certification video and complete the quiz before any attempt is made to secure an appointment for fingerprinting. No one should be fingerprinted before completing the Safe Environment Certification process at www.orlandodiocese.org.
• If a user passes the Safe Environment Certification process, but forgets to save the Fieldprint Registration link and/or Fieldprint Code, Safe Environment Coordinators may distribute that information only after they confirm the user’s Safe Environment Certificate is in the parish/school/entity ‘safeenvironment’ email inbox or on file with the Diocesan office of Human Resources.
• While you do not need an email address for Safe Environment Certification, users will need one for the fingerprinting process. If users do not have an email address, it is recommended that Safe Environment Coordinators assist the user in making an appointment with the ‘safeenvironment’ email created for your parish/school/entity.
